The St Marylebone Camp of William Ellis School
Residential Fieldwork Centre
"The Mill" is William Ellis School's Residential Fieldwork Centre in the beautiful Surrey countryside. Year 7 camp has had many successful visits over the years.

Ongoing fundraising was successfully completed in 2011 to improve the facilities at the Mill. Thanks to generous donations, phase two of the new extension has successfully been completed and we now have a washing/drying room and new toilet and disabled facilities in use.  The majority of the work has been carried out by volunteers to who we are most grateful and welcome anyone who wishes to help. (See Volunteers)

Completion of phase two means the Mill can provide disabled toilet/shower facilities, further toilet facilities to enable us to cater for very large camping groups and a drying room which provides essential facilities to cope with some of the young visitors with special needs. We also have a staff bathroom, which doubles as an additional disabled facility on the first floor.

Sadly the ride on tractor, due to old age, was frequently breaking down and it was longer viable to have it repaired. The Mill grounds constantly require attention to keep them looking presentable and the tractor is an essential piece of equipment in order to achieve this.

We are pleased to announce, we have now received funding for the new tractor........

Equipment constantly requires replacing and we are currently looking to install a low ropes course (see pictures below) for on site activities and team building excercises.
